Joshua Kurlantzick, senior fellow for Southeast Asia at the Council on Foreign Relations, contributor to The Atlantic, and author of A Great Place to Have a War: America in Laos and the Birth of a Military CIA (Simon & Schuster), discusses President Obama's outreach to Laos after attending the G20 summit in China.

The president acknowledged the U.S.'s heavy bombing of the nation during the Vietnam war and said he would double aid to Laos to help find and dismantle unexploded bombs.
