He Nandanandana Gopala chanted by Shaktipriya

Shaktipriya sings in a Saturday evening satsang Yoga Vidya in Bad Meinberg, Germany, the mantra He Nandanandana Gopala. You can find this kirtan in the Yoga Vidya Kirtan Songbook under number 173: He Nandananda Gopal (a) Anandananda Gopal (a) He Nandananda, Aandananda Yadu Nandananda Gopal (a) \"He Nandananda Gopala\" is a very popular Kirtan at Yoga Vidya. It specifically refers to joy because Nanda means joy and happiness. Nandana means \"pleasing\". Gopala means \"the good shepherd\" or \"the one who protects all beings.\" Ananda - \"it leads toward the pleasure\". Nanda - \"he is full of joy\". \"He Nandananda Anandananda Yadu Nandananda Gopal.\" So Krishna is joy. Therefore, when you sing this mantra, just feel your heart, feel joy.
