Neither Kyle Lowry nor John Wall is starting for the Eastern Conference in the 2017 NBA All-Star Game, which is a damn shame. Russell Westbrook was left off the Western Conference starting ballot in favor of Stephen Curry and James Harden as well. Is that also a damn shame?
