CCMA award winning artist Madeline Merlo released Motel Flamingo, a vibrant single perfect for your summer playlist, to all digital outlets on May 19, and to radio May 24. Produced by Karen Kosowski, the uptempo song is a perfect reflection of Madeline’s unique tropical, bohemian vibe. Madeline recently opened for Dean Brody on his Beautiful Freakshow Tour, where she performed the new song live for the first time in 14 cities. Her tour set included both new material and the tracks from her debut album Free Soul, that fans have come to love, including her most recent Top 15 hit “Over and Over” and “War Paint” which resonated deeply with fans on social media. In the midst of another big year, she is the only female artist nominated for Country Artist of the Year at the Western Canadian Music Awards and has reached more than 3 million streams of her hits on Spotify. She also stars alongside Jana Kramer in the musical film, Country Crush, which was released earlier this spring. This summer, Merlo will take to the stage at festivals across the country, including Dauphin Countryfest (MB), Ottawa Bluesfest (ON), Cavendish Beach Music Festival (PEI) and Sunfest (BC)
