€20 Million is to be invested in ambitious new plans for the East Clare Golf Club. Emelyn Heaps, Chairperson of East Clare Development Village joined Gavin in studio to discus the revamp that will take place over the next 5 years which will see an increase of holiday homes adjacent to the golf course and the development of a new leisure centre.
