Now that the NBA's All-Star draft is in the rear view, the league is fully immersed in the upcoming trade deadline. Teams have until Feb. 8 to make significant improvements or hold full-scale fire sales, and the Association's rumor mill is churning out material on the regular.
Fear not, though, because Hardwood Knocks has your back. In the first of two trade-deadline primers, Andy and Dan go through the nitty gritty for every Western Conference team, proposing trades and providing answers to the most pressing questions.
Which squads will be buyers? Which outfits are shaping up as sellers? Will the Clippers move DeAndre Jordan and Lou Williams? Do the Spurs, Warriors and Rockets have a trade in them? Will the Pelicans make a deal in the aftermath of losing DeMarcus Cousins for the year? Might the Thunder look to replace Andre Roberson after his season-ending injury? Do the Nuggets, Blazers and Jazz have blockbuster deals in them?
Will the Lakers find new homes for Julius Randle and Jordan Clarkson? Should Utah trade Rodney Hood and Derrick Favors? Will the Mavericks, Grizzlies, Suns and Kings all hold fire sales?
All this, and so much more, is just a listen away!
