We also have news, a live tip and a "Last Word" that involves food and a YouTube clip. We decided to stay with the tried and true for episode 150, because "if it isn't broke"... well you know.

Interview: Sean Tibbetts OF Cyber Timez

You would call us crazy if we told you there was a Smart Glasses platform out there that used Android with the same code found in Microsoft's Seeing AI, made Skype calls and can use Amazon Alexa. And you would think we were off our rockers if we suggested that these Smart Glasses were designed for the Blind user, as well as the Low Vision user equally. we wouldn't believe us either if we didn't have it recorded on a podcast as proof. Sean Tibbetts, CEO & Co-Founder, of Cyber Timez sits down with J.J. to demonstrate Cyber Eyez over coffee and scannable objects. Learn about how the platform came into being and how it keeps evolving as the company's user base grows. Then listen in to hear how the product works. Visit the Cyber Timez website
to keep up with all the latest news and see their event schedule.

Tip: Google Home Multiple Actions

A recent update now allows you to ask your Google Home three things in one verbal command
That means you can ask Google "Raise volume to 4", "Turn the temperature down to 76" and "What is the weather like tomorrow" by adding in the word "and" into the command. This is great for those who have a lot of Chromecast or Smart Home devices on hand. Also, you might want to investigate the Routines feature in the Google Assistant
as it can save you even more time for those commonly used commands.

Sound Off:

Ron would like to "aske the audience" for their ideas on the following...

"Joe,

First, I listen faithfully to your podcast, Blind Bargains. While it is a little longer than I would prefer, you provide your audience with lots of excellent information not available from any other source of which I am aware.

Second, to your knowledge, is there any of the GPS type accessible devices created for us blind guys that will guide the user to a marked spot in the middle of a field? More specifically, I am seeking a device where I could mark with a wave point the location of the public toilet or a pavilion in a large city park, and then, be able to follow the device to take me right back to such marked points. You are much more familiar with such devices than I am. I have a couple GPS devices, but they don t work well in such situations.

Ron"

Naturally, our first response was the Victor Reader Trek. And we mention Luis from Twitter, @blindeducator
, suggesting doing this using BlindSquare. You might even want to check out our friend Steve Nut's Comp Room Services product NavTrace
But we want to hear how others are tackling this problem with various apps and such. Send your thoughts in or leave them in the comment section below.

Last Word:

Food and cats for episode 150. yeah, no surprises here.
Olive Garden Bot Commercial made with actual Olive Garden commercials
Meet Achilles, the clairvoyant cat which predicts World Cup games

Episode 151 will feature the new products that A.T. Guys
will be bringing to the summer shows. Listen to the BBQ next week to hear how you can pre-order these items before you board your transportation of choice to St. Louis or Orlando.
