EngenuitySC Presents Science Café: The Brain Mechanisms of Motivation On January 14, 2014, 6-7:30 p.m., EngenuitySC hostesd a free, informal talk in a casual pub environment by Gary Aston-Jones, SmartState Endowed Chair of Neuroscience at MUSC, the Director of the Cognitive Neuro Center, and the Co-Director of the Neuroscience Institute. His research projects -- and this talk -- are aimed at brain mechanisms of motivation and cognitive processes, ADD, and autism as well as addiction, depression and attentional disorders such as Parkinson's disease. 2nd Tuesdays.
