This Podcast for the Neurology Journal begins and closes with Dr. Robert Gross, Deputy Editor, briefly discussing highlighted articles from the print issue of Neurology. In the second segment Dr. Kevin Barrett interview Dr. Peter Rothwell about his paper on risk and predictors of stroke in the first few hours after TIA. In the next segment, Dr. Ryan Overman is reading our e-Pearl of the week about Mal de debarquement. The podcast concludes where Dr. Casey Hall interviews Dr. Clay Johnston for the Lesson of the Week segment. The participants had nothing to disclose except for Dr. Johnston. Dr. Johnston has served on the scientific advisory board for Daiichi-Sankyo, Boerhinger-Ingelheim and Braingates, served as Vice-Editor Annuals of Neurology, received research support from Sanofi-Aventis, and gave expert testimony for the University of Washington in 2008.
