It is my pleasure to showcase the journey from author to playwright of my good and dear friend Lynn Donovan. Three years ago, she visited the historic Rialto theater in Florence, Colorado and was inspired by the history as well as the fact it's a haunted theater. So, duly inspired as writers are, she decided to write a book inspired by called Java Masterpiece, part of the Java Cupid series. From then on, she had the idea to turn the book into a play. But how does a woman, who has only written books, write a play? But Lynn is nothing if not determined and so with that same characteristic of determination, she asked around, got the answer she needed and began the journey.
