Hailing Frequency #69 - STGN, Fleet Focus, Khyrons Korner, STO News, more!


Episode 69 of Hailing Frequency is hereby released. Recorded to a live audience on Saturday 22nd August, this episode runs approximatly 1hr 26mins. Kinneas and K'suan'indra are currently on a well deserved shore leave on Risa, so filling in for them this week, we have Jatal Khyron and Soulful Latina respectivly, who both do excellent jobs in their temporary positions! The show starts as always with the Star Trek Gaming News and we then descend into a conversation about the latest Star Trek Online Video Trailer which was released at GamesCon in Germany. Later on in the show, we also talked about the hypercool UI screenshot that Craig Zinkievich released on his Twitter Account. Launching in this show, we have two great new segments. The first, entitled "Fleet Focus" is a new regular segment where each week, we will sit down and interview a different Star Trek Gaming Clan so that members of our audience can get to know some of the wide selection of fleets out there. The second is a new Star Trek Online Opinion Segment from Jatal Khyron entitled "Khyrons Korner". Jatal is embedded in the Star Trek Online Forums and each week he will tackle a different hot topic. This time around, its the subject of Microtransactions - Friend or Foe?!.
