With just days to go until the UK is set to leave the EU, the Speaker of the House of Commons warns he could rule out another vote on Theresa May's unchanged Brexit deal. Brexit Secretary Steve Barclay accuses some MPs of not "respecting the referendum result". He says "there is a growing risk of no Brexit”.
