How often have you caught yourself uttering these words? If you really enjoy what you do, and are aligned with its purpose, you actually look forward to getting stuck into things on a Monday morning and might lament that "there aren't enough hours in the day".
And while loving what you do and deriving positive energy from it is a great place to be, carving out ample time for rest and play is fundamental to your sustaining your efforts in the office or wherever you happen to get sh*t done. Not only that, but nobody said "I wish I worked longer hours" when their time on Earth was coming to an end.
