After watching documentaries, she came across plant base food/vegan restaurants. "Being around those people [and establishments] I adopted the understanding why veggies was helpful to our bodies," she says. She talks about food access, tips to gradually getting into eating healthier, eating on a budget; and leaves us with a recipe you can try at home.
