Whether you call it dating or courting when things begin to get serious and the possibilities of marriage ensues, we begin to imagine and project what our lives will be like. it is at this time that we begin making promises and plans about what you will accomplish in your new life together. Often because of love's euphoria we set the bar pretty high and make some promises that are difficult to keep. We forget that life is an unknown journey with many obstacles and marriage for the most part is sharing the journey and not predicting the future. We must be careful that we dont find ourselves discouraged and dissapointed because our great expectations are unrealized. In marriage we dont no for sure what to expect but we should expect a journey.
