Last year, I attended the first annual Southern California Christian Writer's Conference. The night before the conference, I rode with a fellow faculty member to a lovely sprawling house where all the faculty met . I met a beautiful, graceful woman with long dark brown, regal features, and a wonderful smile.. We started talking and an author friend , who was with us, asked, "So, tell us about you. What's your story?"  To my surprise, she said, "God delivered me from being a child abuser."
