Tropical Update on Imelda and Texas/Louisiana Impacts

We take a look at the record rainfall from Tropical Storm Imelda as it slowly weakens to a tropical depression over East Texas. As responders scramble to assist with water rescues during flooding that some are calling reminiscent of Hurricane Harvey in 2016, we talk about Federal USAR team configurations and logistics.

On the show this week are Disaster Podcast host, Jamie Davis, who’s joined by Kyle Nelson, Becky DePodwin, our two meteorologists, along with co-host Sam Bradley, and Dr. Joe Holley.
