Football Ramble Daily

In 2007, The Football Ramble was born out of Luke Moore, Pete Donaldson, Marcus Speller and Jim Campbell’s passion for the most popular sport in the world—as well as a shared inability of taking themselves too seriously. Since then, the boys have come a very long way: from a best-selling book to sold out live shows. Now, with the return of football post-lockdown, the Football Ramble brings you daily episodes of equal parts insight and hilarity. All this and more, Monday through Saturday. Lend us your ears and we’ll keep you up to date with the latest stories from the Premier League and all around Europe, all with an eye for both the sublime and the ridiculous.

Ramble Meets... Jason Bell & Osi Umenyiora

We’re doing something slightly different on today’s episode of Ramble Meets… as we swap pass backs for a pass rusher, and corner flags for a cornerback. We’re joined by two-time Super Bowl champion Osi Umenyiora and former Dallas Cowboys, Houston Texans and New York Giants cornerback Jason Bell.

After two hugely successful careers, many of you will now know Jason and Osi as NFL broadcasters for the BBC and NFL UK. They join Luke for a discussion about the differences between the Premier League and the NFL featuring discussions around nutrition, player safety and trading - and they find stark comparisons between every NFL team having a decent shot at glory and the majority of Premier League sides languishing beneath the elite.

We're on tour, and playing Brooklyn's Murmrr Theatre tonight! Join us at venues across Europe, USA and Canada for Football Ramble Live - expect all your old favourites (including Pete Donaldson), brand new games and a load of laughs. Get your tickets now at!
