There are three steps in creating a value exchange:
- Make a difference – Define your goal when coaching someone and how you can help them achieve it.
- Value commitment – Figure out the way to make people stay committed to your practice so that they follow through until the end.
- Measurable return – Track the results to see if you reached the goals which you set at the beginning of your program.
