I found myself in this situation a few years ago. On the outside, things looked great and on the inside things were pretty great, but I knew something was missing and I wanted something different. But I wasn't sure exactly what that was.
I'm not somebody who tries to "optimize" every single element of my life, but I had a friend who started working with a coach and was having a great experience with him as far as doing something along those lines. I hired him also and it was a great experience. It helped me to get a grasp on where I was, where I wanted to go, and how to get there.
