Clare has gone 28 days without a new case of the coronavirus here. The milestone is significant, as it is the same as two back-to-back quarantine periods and marks the period of time in which medical authorities generally decalre alocation to be 'COVID-free.' However, there are worrying trends nationally, with NPHET warning of a growth in cases, particularly among younger people.
