Football Ramble

In 2007, The Football Ramble was born out of Luke Moore, Pete Donaldson, Marcus Speller and Jim Campbell’s passion for the most popular sport in the world—as well as a shared inability to take themselves too seriously. Since then, the boys have come a very long way: from a best-selling book to sold out live shows. Now, with the return of football post-lockdown, the Football Ramble brings you daily episodes of equal parts insight and hilarity. All this and more, Monday through Saturday. Lend us your ears and we’ll keep you up to date with the latest stories from the Premier League and all around Europe, all with an eye for both the sublime and the ridiculous.

Leeds United return, more David de Gea errors and Jon Moss in double denim

So, it’ll be a London derby in this year’s FA Cup final! Kate, Andy and Pete are here to discuss this weekend’s two cracking semi-finals, as well as the latest from the Premier League, on today’s episode of the Football Ramble!

We wonder whether David de Gea’s status as an elite goalkeeper is in trouble after some catastrophic errors against Chelsea, meanwhile David Luiz addressed his own critics after an impressive Arsenal performance. We also discuss Watford’s shock dismissal of Nigel Pearson and celebrate Leeds United’s return to the Premier League!
