New York City Councilmember Corey Johnson, representing District 3 covering Hell’s Kitchen, Chelsea, the West Village, and parts of Flatiron, SoHo and the Upper West Side, talks about his bill to ban the use of smokeless tobacco (aka "dip") in New York City ballparks.
"Baseball is the only major league sport where an addictive substance is used openly," said Councilmember Johnson. "Can you imagine in 2016, an outfielder smoking a cigarette in left field?"
