Is business becoming more difficult as restrictions continue?

A recent survey by Network Ireland lays bare the impact of the coronavirus on women’s businesses and careers in this country. Over 6 months since Ireland began to deal with COVID-19, more than 40% of respondents say doing their job or running their business is getting harder as restrictions continue. However, these issues are not limited to female business owners. These issues are universal across the industry. We wanted to hear how local businesses are coping with the ongoing difficulties arising from the pandemic. How are they coping with ongoing restrictions and how does it affect their day-to-day operations? On Monday's Morning Focus, Gavin Grace spoke to Rita McInerney, Doonbeg cafe owner and former Ennis Chamber CEO, Caroline Dunlea, Co-director of Core Optimisation and Caitriona Considine, owner Moher Cottage coffee and craft shop.
