episode 16: Warum es so schwierig ist, in seine wahre Größe zu gehen
Diese Folge ist die Fortsetzung der letzten Episode über meine Erkenntnisse und Erfahrung aus Vipassana. Ich erzähle darüber, wie es mir in der Woche danach erging und wie ich auf einmal gemerkt habe, dass ich mich ausbremse, die neuen Erfahrungen auch in den Alltag zu integrieren und die Veränderung zuzulassen.
Ich spreche darüber, warum es uns so schwer fällt, in unsere wahre Größe zu gehen und woran du erkennen kannst, dass du gerade dabei bist einen Schritt zu gehen und nicht wieder zurück in das alte Muster gehst.
