Along with my experience training pro athletes, S.W.A.T. members, and a high school football team, I gained 10+ years experience as the Director of Marketing building multiple court reporting companies. Lastly, I am a published writer, Content Coordinator, and Account Executive for a publication by Best Version Media. They even gave me a monthly “How to” column where I teach others how to be more self-sufficient with common household tasks. Every woman should know how their home functions and what to do if something malfunctions, man or no man. The one and only Whitney Abraham! She is such an amazing woman and coach...a force. I was so honored to be interviewed by Whit several months ago and I really wanted to share it with you. We talk about building a business while being a strong and present mama. So many nuggets of wisdom here and you don’t want to miss it. We even dive into the Chaos Control System and what it can do for moms and their sanity. Whitney does so many amazing things for women and I could literally talk to her all day.

Thank you, Whitney for allowing me to share this interview with my listeners!
