episode 21: Coach Chelsea talks Servant Leadership with J.J. Davis, Motivational Speaker and Head Coach of Neosho County Community College

Over his first seven seasons at the helm Davis has guided the Panthers to more wins than any other coach in program history. He has guided 13 players to All-Conference honors during his time at Neosho County. His team also continues to excel in the classroom as they have achieved a 3.0 or better each year and 26 players have been named to the NJCAA Academic All-American teams. Coach Davis' program seeks to build on players' core values each and every year. Davis believes in The Neosho Way which revolves around three Core Values: Serve, Honor, and Compete. The Neosho Way: -Serve A commitment to serving Others before Ourselves. -Honor: A commitment to doing everything with unconditional love for others. -Compete A commitment to getting 1% better, in the classroom, on the court, and in our dreams of everyday life. -Now: A commitment to living in the now. Coach J.J. Davis speaks with Coach Chelsea about Servant Leadership and how God has truly been a keep in his life.  --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/chefranjohn/support
