Britain continues to come crashing into contact with reality as the price of everything is going up, food rots in containers on both sides of the channel, and our entire political media ecosystem is wrapped in a spectacle of multilayered morality dramas about if the right people are feeling suitably guilty. What can we say but: "ahh, the British Isles."
