C4P 38 – Keep Things in Perspective – Part 9 of 9

Bible Passages: Colossians 1:16-17, 1 Corinthians 10:31  ESV

This is Part 9 of a 9 part series entitled:

“Practical Tips to Survive COVID Education Days at Home.”

If you are a parent who was intending to send your child to school full time but are thrust into educating at home either full time or part time, this is for you.

If you are a parent of a child with special challenges of any kind, this is for you.

If you are the parent who was fully intending to teach your child at home, this is for you.

In other words – if you are a parent, period. This is for you!

This podcast is the ninth and final episode in a series of 9 strategy tips. These 9 strategies are meant to help educating your children in these pandemic times, to be –  not only doable — but also enjoyable.

This Podcast, the 9th in the series, is entitled, “Keep Things in Perspective.”

Sometimes it is easy to lose perspective in the frantic hours of daily living. We can get caught up in trying to follow everyone else’s rules or expectations and create an atmosphere of hurried frustrations. We can heap a pile of overwhelm on ourselves and on our children that, when we keep things in perspective, is probably not necessary in the grand scheme of things. Tune into this Episode to get ideas on how you might be able to bring solutions and calm to the chaos.

Remember also the tips in our previous topics in this series to: settle yourself, settle the children, learn to be more flexible, have empathy for your children, take time to laugh, show your children that you have compassion for them, lovingly guide them, affirm and learn to give your children a stamp of approval.
