Bramble Baking Co. is a small-batch bakery based in Baltimore, MD. Founded in 2017 as a very small, pie-centric endeavor, Bramble has since grown into a wholesale and pop-up operation serving all sorts of treats at our area farmer’s market and numerous cafes.

Bramble focuses on using seasonal and local ingredients to create cakes, pies, and pastries that are at once nostalgic and new, and their menu offerings change frequently to reflect this. The farms' Bramble partners with not only grow food, but flowers too, and Bramble takes great joy in bringing natural dyes and botanical decoration to their work.
