Maria Thomson shares her WHY which takes us around the world from Edinburgh to Los Angeles to Hawaii and back to the Scottish Highlands where Maria currently resides. Maria is highly entrepreneurial in her approach always spotting new opportunities taking very fast action. Maria believes communication is everything and she shares how discovering her strengths and limitations on a one day training event has been the most transformative thing of her life.

ABOUT MARIA THOMSON
Maria has been happily married to Gordon for over three decades and together they have four children. Maria studied law and made Partner within a year of qualifying working as a Corporate Litigator for one of the largest law firms in Britain. Maria first fell in love with property early in her career as the Edinburgh office she was in charge of also had an estate agency. However, following a health scare for Gordon, Maria and Gordon decided to change their lifestyle and set off travelling the world. They lived in Hawaii for a year before returning to the Highlands. After a few flips and refurbishments, Maria decided in 2017 to focus on larger commercial to residential conversion projects and has built a £19.5million pipeline with five live developments projected by July 2020.
