All key sustainability challenges, social as well as environmental, will be on full display in Africa in the decades to come, and the most vulnerable people are likely to suffer the brunt of negative future impacts. At the same time, Africa has the youngest population of any continent on Earth, with an amazing amount of entrepreneurial energy and hope for the future. With One Million African Leaders or OMLA, Lawrence Afere and his team hope to make a lasting impact on the continental entrepreneurial landscape.
