In dieser Folge nehme ich Bezug auf den Artikel in der Süddeutschen Zeitung, in dem Nora Tschirner von der Zeit erzählt, als sie Depressionen hatte und was das mit der Branche zu tun hat. Ich spreche außerdem darüber:
✨Warum es so wichtig ist, dass wir erkennen und aussprechen, wenn es einem Teil von uns nicht gut geht.
✨Was dazu führen kann, dass man sich nicht mehr spürt und nur noch funktioniert.
✨Warum es so wichtig ist, dass wir anfangen, mit solchen Tabuthemen rauszugehen.
✨An welchen Stellen wir schon ansetzen könnten, damit es erst gar nicht so weit kommt.
✨Worin die Gefahr liegt, mit einer Maske herumzulaufen (und ich meine nicht die Corona-Maske ????)
✨Warum es wichtig ist, sich Hilfe zu holen, bevor man Hilfe braucht.
✨und ich erzähle, wie ich beide Extreme (die Schauspielseite und die Agentur-/Castingseite) erlebt habe.
