Amol Rajan: 'I had a panic attack'

After presenter Amol Rajan finished his first shift presenting the Today programme, he revealed he had suffered from a panic attack. He tried reading, meditation and even having three rums to calm himself down but it was only until his wife intervened that the anxiety subsided. Amol spoke about dealing with anxiety with Jonny Ward - ‘the Anxious Fireman’, who suffered from panic attacks in 2013 and now has trained as a psychotherapist, and Dr Linda Dunrow-Marshall, clinical and counselling psychologist and head of psychology at the University of Salford. If you have been affected by anything you've heard, head to BBC Action Line for more information. (Image: Amol Rajan; Credit: BBC)
