About Dimple Arora – Founder of Mindful Evolution
Dimple Arora is the founder of Mindful Evolution (ME) — a parenting movement that aims to empower parents and children towards positive transformation and life changing results.
Dimple is a Certified Life Coach, EFT and NLP Practitioner, Holistic Nutritionist and Energy Therapist. She specializes in helping her clients improve their mental health and reduce the debilitating effects of anxiety, emotional wounds and overwhelm using mindfulness, nutrition and energy psychology techniques.
Dimple primarily works with moms using her signature P.A.R.E.N.T.I.N.G process to help them feel calm, healed and connected while creating “The Empowered Family”.
As a previous high school math teacher and the creator of the GLOW (Girls Lighting Our World) Power Circle, Dimple has a passion for working with tween and teen girls one on one and in a group setting teaching them self-love, positive body confidence, health awareness and how to be empowered from the inside out.
Dimple also works with kids ages 6-12 to build skills for emotional regulation, effective communication and a growth mindset.
Dimple is a speaker and co-author in the best-selling international women’s empowerment book, Simply Woman: Stories from 30 Magnificent Women Who Have Risen Against the Odds. Dimple holds degrees in mathematics, business, and education and was previously employed in the corporate world as well.

About Shaista Fatehali – Founder of Thrive Kids
Shaista Fatehali is the founder of Thrive Kids BC where she works with children and families to help nurture connection, empower a sense of self - worth and discover what is needed for individual families to thrive. Over the years, she has developed programs such as The Thrive Kids Virtual Early Learning Academy, Thrive Mommy and Thrive Babies.
She is a certified children’s and parent life coach and works with clients to build soft skills such as interpersonal awareness, effective communication, emotional agility emotional regulation, problem solving, transition planning and mindfulness. Her focus is working with children 0-10 years of age. Her approach is child centered and based on individual and family needs. She is also a certified NLP practitioner and uses these techniques along with CBT, emotion focused therapy, play therapy and solution focused therapy. As a kindergarten teacher, Shaista has been working in the Delta School District for 16 years. Over the years, she has earned a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and English, a Bachelors in Education specializing in Early Childhood Education and English language learning, a Masters in Education and is a Ph.D. candidate in Early Childhood Education. As a mother of two young girls, her true passion lies in giving her children, her students and clients the tools to reach their most true authentic selves.
