On what started as a beautiful June day in 1971, a small group of people were taking a short sail in Tampa Bay when to their shock and horror they sailed right by a body, bloated and bobbing in the bay. They called the police to retrieve it and shortly after 2 more bodies were found floating the same way.  They were three women, a mother and her two daughters.  What kind of monster could toss them overboard tied to cement blocks and leave them to die?  You will hear all about this monster and the amazing way the case was finally solved.
