This week there is a lot of deep groove combined with live instrumentations, lots of jazz vibes and disco touches. Hot picks are the new EP by Colombian Felipe Gordon who is bringing the old school back with this titled new EP on Groovin Records. Simon Hinter delivers quality house vibes with his ‘Helena EP on Jimpsters Freerange imprint. Another emerging and one to watch artist that recently dropped a hot new EP is our Italian friend Di Saronno on theBasement Discos with his latest Whispers and Lies that includes the very well done retake on the original by Simon Shaw and his Deep Disco Remix. On the German Monologues label you’ll find Damian Rausch and his forthcoming new Roots EP, which is full of quality deep house flavors. Last but not least I would like to point you into the direction of a digital re-issue from a real house music classic by 808 State – Pacific.
