***We are re-releasing some of our creepiest episodes this month in honor of our favorite time of year. O'Dell's story of the murder of Janett Christman is said to have influenced the "babysitter in danger" trope we see in so many horror movies, most notably in "When a Stranger Calls". On today's show, we talk about ASMR before jumping in. Erin talks about the alleged UFO abduction of Travis Walton, and then O'Dell kicks off his "urban legends inspired by true stories that inspired movies" series with the murder of Janett Christman - a true story that many say inspired the babysitter in danger trope, and the 1979 horror movie, "When a Stranger Calls". We close the show with an In Memoriam about a man who realized he was dying and wrote a poetic note before he kicked it.
