In my discussion with Steven Foster, I found 30 highlights and interests of our conversation. Let's go over

them. Number one, Steven talks to us about who Steven really is and what he

does in his life. Number two, Steven discusses his ride around the perimeter of

the United States. And He notes that it is the number one thing on most of the rider's

bucket lists. The main reason for his ride was to raise funds for the boot

campaign. Number three, Steven tells us he planned this as a group ride. But in

the end, he was the only one on the trip and it became a solo ride. Number

four. He spent 34 days traversed in 34 states. And he came up with some

13,000 and change for his outcome of this ride. Number five. Steven says this

is the best thing that has ever happened to him. Number six, Steven talks to us

about the joy of meeting interesting people along the way and letting it take

him off of his normal route. Number seven, we found out there were two main

outcomes from his ride. Number one, he supported the boot campaign. And number

two, he got to see a lot of America and meet a lot of new people. Number eight,

we talked about what makes Stevens's leadership program so special. Number nine,

we learned that leadership and motorcycling have a lot in common. Number 10 we

discover that we and not me. And if you make a mistake, own it makes a good leader

and it's never about you. Number 11 Steven tells us to look at Jackie Robinson

as a role model of a good leader. Number 12. We discuss leadership and we find

leadership is hard work. Steven talks about building a successful leadership

team. Number 13. Steven mentions in order to have a great company, You must have pride.

Number 14 Steven talks to us about skill-building comes from good training.

Number 15. Steven tells us always find a way to be better. Number 16. Steven

talks to us about what he coins, discipline simplicity, which simply means how

are you consistently good? Once you find that out? repeat it. Number 17. Steven

outlined the need for clear processes and expectations of behavior. Number 18.

Steven talks about cause business and why Steven gives back and why we should

also do it. Number 19. We learn about Stevens company's goodness department to

help give back. Number 20 we learn about how some companies give back. Number

21 we find out when you give back. You receive so much more in return. Number

22. I asked Steven if he ever feels burnout number 23. Steven talked about

why disconnect and isolation from others. is not a good thing. Number 24 Steven

talks about how listening is a lost art. Number 25 Steven shares with us why

America is a great nation. Number 26 we learn what real influence means. Number

27 we talked about learning how to apologize. Number 28 Don't try to be right.

Make it about valuing relationships. Number 29. I asked Steven, how you as a

listener can connect with him. And finally, number 30 Steven defines passion,

and purpose for us.
