An Ennis Auctioneer claims the high number of landlords leaving the market is contributing to the pension 'time bomb'. The latest figures from the Residential Tenancies Board show a 58% increase in notices to quit in the first six months of this year. The board says the figures are driven by landlords selling properties and leaving the market. Diarmuid McMahon from Sherry Fitzgerald McMahon and Doug Hurley from DNG O'Sullivan Hurley auctioneers have been speaking on Clare FM's Morning Focus about the matter.
