What is a personal manifesto? Really, it's just a list of at least 10 statements that help keep you aligned with your values and your beliefs.
Grab a pencil and some paper because I have an assignment for you today.
Take some quiet time today to write down 3 personal manifesto statements related to your health, 3 more related to your wealth in any of the facets of wealth we discuss here, and 3 more related to your weight.
Use the format:
"I will continue to (action/verb) my (noun)."
Notice that it says "continue to" instead of "start to." Set that intention now. Don't overthink - don't spend more than 2 minutes on each statement.
