This is an outline of my personal happiness code. You can model yours on mine, or not. Do what feels best for you.
It's important to celebrate your wins. What can you celebrate this week?
In order to really be able to put your energy into this, you may need to do a little exercise. Go outside and feel the breeze on your skin. Remind yourself that even though the world is currently run by fear, life is still happening and you can choose to appreciate it.
