The word “judge” means to first distinguish, and then to decide. In order to distinguish a situation, we must first have a basis or foundation that we draw from in order to judge efficiently. As believers in Christ, we know that this foundation comes from none other than God's written Word. In today's message, Pastor Mark teaches us the importance of aligning our lives with God's Word when correcting a brother or sister in Christ. In our study, we learn that we must first analyze our own lives, before rushing off to call out the errors of another believer.
