geist:reich ist der Podcast für alle, die sich fragen: Wie können wir unsere Gesellschaft so verändern, dass es uns psychisch besser geht? Denn wir sind uns sicher: Die Probleme sind nicht alle nur in deinem Kopf! Wir sind ein Team von Psycholog:innen, das sich zusammengefunden hat, weil wir eine Begeisterung teilen: Wir möchten unsere Erkenntnisse aus der psychologischen Theorie und Praxis nutzen, um wichtige gesellschaftliche und politische Fragen und ihre Bedeutung für unser Wohlbefinden zu beleuchten. Was machen Armut oder Reichtum mit unserer Psyche? Was würde passieren, wenn wir alle mehr Zeit hätten? Was kann die Psychologie zum Klimaschutz beitragen? Was machen Arbeit und Diskriminierung mit uns? Und geht Beratung und Psychotherapie auch feministisch?

episode 13: 11 - "Wir werden immer einsamer"...wirklich?


Sind Menschen heutzutage einsamer als früher? Liegt das am Individualismus? Sind ältere Personen einsamer als jüngere? Und macht Social Media die Jüngeren einsam? All das sind Erzählungen, die sich in den Medien und in unseren Köpfen immer wieder finden. Auch Tine und Marivi wollten sich diesem Thema annehmen – und sind bei ihren Nachforschungen auf einige Überraschungen gestoßen. Außerdem reden die beiden darüber, warum es oft so schwer ist, über Einsamkeitsgefühle zu sprechen und was helfen könnte.
