Mr. Stroud is a recognized industry leader, with more than 30 years as an expert in commercial real estate development, brokerage, management, valuation and consulting. He currently serves as President of The Stroud Corporation, a privately owned commercial real estate firm.
Stroud served for six years as the regional president, principal and member of the investment committee for Marcus Partners, Inc. Mr. Stroud was responsible for all of the firm’s investment activities in the Southeast Region. Mr. Stroud has also served as COO for Osprey Management Company and Osprey Real Estate Services.
Prior to his term at Osprey, Mr. Stroud served as the President & CEO of Echelon Real Estate Services, LLC and Executive Vice President of Echelon Development, LLC. Before joining Echelon, Mr. Stroud served as President and founder of The Stroud Corporation.
Mr. Stroud graduated from The Florida State University with a BS in Real Estate and holds the MAI designation awarded by the Appraisal Institute and CCIM designation of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. Mr. Stroud is also a licensed Florida Real Estate broker and Florida State Certified General Appraiser. He currently serves as Chairman of the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital Board of Trustees and is a member of the Board of Directors, Florida State University Center for Real Estate Education.
