Thanksgiving is a holiday of being grateful for what you and gathering around with your loved ones feasting over delicious food. You have so much to be grateful for but are you failing to recognize your blessings? Is that blocking you from receiving more?
Also how can you stay on track and still enjoy your holiday feast? My tips are eat one plate, truly enjoy the food you are eating, and drink lots of water along with fiber. Then the day after Thanksgiving get right back on track! One meal won't make you fat just like one salad won't make you skinny.
Girl in Charge Challenge this week is to start acknowledging what you have. Write down what you are grateful for each night before you go to bed. It can be in a journal, jar with sticky notes, or whatever will work best for you to stick to and form this habit of appreciating what your are blessed with.
