Quiet. So quiet. After that undead terror, Sinu the Red, uttered but a word Steve fell to the ground using his last ounce of strength to ensure that he did not fall onto his baby which he brought into battle with a beast so strong it is on the cover of both the Dungeon Masters Guide as well as Tomb of Annihilation. Sound escapes him as he is no longer able to hear his two allies scream in unison once they realize what has just happened. Steve is used to death, unfortunately...
With the Lich finally revealing itself our brave heroes now have the chance to put this evil to rest, murder style! Something makes me think that Liches are really powerful...maybe maintaining an illusion of a whole town for several days including towns people with personalities. Wait...what did we eat? What about that rad new cocktail everyone is talking about...my god.

Finally, some clues we can use to get closer to the truth of this accursed town! Seriously, why do these simple folk have to be so guilty? I am not saying we are the world's greatest detectives but you have to admit that everyone seems a little...off, right? A place like this is liable to turn a good person into a paranoid wreck. The truth feels like it is just a clue or two away. If we could just catch a small break I am sure everything will come to light. Hopefully Teddy is still ok.....
The mystery of this town gets a little deeper but definitely not clearer. It is hard to help but think that everyone in this town is hiding something from us. Surely, they can't all be guilty...regardless of how suspicious each person appears our goals are to look past it and find Teddy. He is important to finding the Lich and finally easing the undead blight upon this land. Is the Mayor in on it? Is the head of the town guard? What about Teddy's family...Everyone is a suspect. Everyone...

Finding the diary of a crazed wizard is a tough thing. Do you read it? Do you read it extra carefully because the wizard may have put strange arcane spells within the dusty pages? You have to read it, of course. There is just too much potential knowledge that you just have to ignore the danger and barrel forward. Libraries and Books are the true dangers of our world, not those pesky dragons or dank dungeons.

Actually we just fight a monster but maybe fighting a monster is the real Diary of Sinu the Red and I have never made a mistake? If you think about it?

The Crypt of Sinu the Red is one of the top 10 places you just don't go in this world. It may be empty, but various nasties have called that area home over the years so you never really knows what could be in there. Plus, we already know that Denton's boss went in and hasn't come out yet, which is probably bad. But, we will go in anyways. We must save this town!

Having defeated the army of the dead, the gang starts to learn more about this strange, unfortunate town. As things often go, the plight of the town is summed up by one scared girl asking to find her brother. We are heroes. We are the light in the darkness. We will find this child. Probably. Hopefully it doesn't take to long since the zombies will probably come back the next night. Being a hero sucks.
