In the craziest story we’ve heard today, a woman in Brazil has been arrested after bringing her deceased Uncle to the bank in a wheelchair to withdraw money from his account. At one point, she can be seen trying to get a pen into the dead man’s hand to sign a paper and when paramedics arrived, they determined the man had been dead for a few hours. WTF?!
