With less than 24 hours until the race starts Saturday lunchtime at the VLM expo is packed full of atmosphere. Liz Yelling and Tony Audenshaw joined Martin and Tom on the stage, and we even snuck in a quick chat with GB ultra runner Ellie Greenwood.
