बिहार में मुज़्ज़फरपुर के युवक अक्षय कश्यप किताबों की कमी से जूझ रहे थे कि उन्हें एक विचार सूझा। वह अपने जेब खर्च से सेकंड हैंड किताबों का क्रय -विक्रय करने लगे और दो साल में ही उन्होंने लाखों की किताबें उपलब्ध करा दीं। उनके इस कदम को बिहार राज्य की सरकार ने भी दस लाख की सीड कैपिटल प्रदान की है।
